What makes Chelate X our premium shower?
Chelate X brings together hard-water care, filtration for chlorine, heavy metals and PFOS, stronger pressure and a refined anti-clog design. Its replaceable chelating cartridge sits inside the handheld.
Does Chelate X remove all hardness or lower TDS to zero?
No. Chelation binds minerals and changes how they interact with surfaces; it does not remove all dissolved calcium and magnesium. Chelate X is not a whole-home water softener, and TDS is not a direct measure of how the chelating cartridge is working.
What is included with my shower?
The Chelate X handheld, one preinstalled cartridge, a 5-foot hose, holder / adapter, plumber’s tape and a digital Home Spa Guide. An additional replacement cartridge is not included in the box.
What do I pay with the refill plan?
The shower is $129 today. Replacement filters are $29 every 90 days on the plan. Cancel before your next charge by emailing hello@unchemed.com. The $149 one-time shower option has no recurring charges.
Can I buy filters without subscribing?
Yes. Choose the one-time shower purchase and buy replacements when you need them. A one-time Chelate X replacement filter is $49. Original filters are not compatible with Chelate X.
Will it fit my shower?
Chelate X uses a standard ½-inch threaded shower connection. If you’re unsure, send a photo of your current fitting before ordering.
Will I get the same water pressure as the video?
Your home’s water supply and plumbing affect pressure. The video shows the real product in use, but it does not guarantee the same pressure in every bathroom.
What if it isn’t right for me?
