How to start a return

• Email hello@unchemed.com with your order number and "Return" in the subject line within 90 days of delivery.
• We will send the return address and instructions. Do not send a return to a company mailing address without receiving return instructions.
• Pack the items securely and use a trackable shipping method. Keep your shipping receipt.

If your purchase offer includes free returns or free return shipping, we cover return shipping for eligible returns under that offer. Contact us before paying for postage so we can provide the return-shipping instructions.

We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Refund amount and timing

Eligible returns receive a refund of the product amount paid. Original shipping charges on orders that did not qualify for free shipping are excluded. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the return; your bank may need another 3–5 business days to show the credit.

There is no need to leave a showerhead unused to qualify: normal trial use is accepted within the 90-day guarantee.

Bundles and multi-packs

You may return individual showerhead sets from a bundle. The refund is based on the amount actually paid for the returned items within that bundle, rather than the standalone retail price. Contact us before shipping so we can confirm which components to include and the applicable refund amount.

All bundles have the same 90-day return-request window from delivery.

Replacement filters and accessories

• Separately purchased replacement filters: request a return within 90 days of delivery. Filters must remain unopened and in their original sealed packaging. Opened or installed replacement filters cannot be returned for a change of mind.
• Filters supplied with a showerhead set: normal use of the included filter does not prevent return of the showerhead set under its 90-day trial.
• Accessories: request a return within 90 days. Include the supplied components and contact us for return instructions.
• Damaged or defective items: contact us for a replacement or refund. The unopened-filter condition does not prevent a defect claim.

Subscription orders

Chelate X and Unchemed Original replacement-filter subscriptions are $29 every 90 days. A one-time purchase does not enroll you in recurring billing. One-time replacement filters are $49 for Chelate X and $39 for Original.

You can cancel without a cancellation fee, skip a shipment or request a pause by emailing hello@unchemed.com or using the subscription-management option provided with your order. Cancel before your next charge to avoid the next renewal. If a renewal has been charged but has not shipped, contact us to cancel and receive a refund for that charge. Once shipped, the return conditions above apply.

Existing prepaid plans, if you previously purchased one, remain subject to their agreed terms. Any refund for unshipped prepaid filters is prorated to the unused portion.

Damaged, defective or incomplete orders

Email hello@unchemed.com with your order number, a description of the problem and photos where helpful. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover shipping costs for replacements due to damage or defects. Report delivery damage within 48 hours if possible, but contact us even if you discover a problem later.

Exchanges

Contact us within the return window to request an exchange. Available products, compatible parts and finishes depend on current stock. If you choose a different product, we will confirm any price difference before arranging the exchange.

Gift returns

Gift recipients may request an exchange or store credit within the same applicable 90-day window and return conditions. Gift purchasers may request a refund to their original payment method. Please include the order number when contacting us.

Return conditions

• Requests made after 90 days require prior arrangement.
• Items purchased from unauthorized resellers are not covered by this direct-store policy.
• Items intentionally damaged or modified beyond normal use may not qualify.
• Opened or installed separately purchased replacement filters are excluded from change-of-mind returns, as explained above.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If a problem falls outside these conditions, contact us so we can review it.

Warranty is separate from the return window

The 90-day money-back guarantee is separate from the one-year manufacturer’s warranty included with showerhead sets. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal household use. Replacement filters are consumables; contact us if a filter arrives damaged or defective. Any additional warranty purchased with your order is governed by that offer’s terms.
