Shipping Policy

We currently ship physical products within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Delivery time

After processing, standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take 7–14 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Shipping cost and eligibility

Free shipping applies where it is shown on the offer you select, including qualifying Chelate X kits, bundles, and replacement-filter offers. If a shipping charge or destination restriction applies to your order, it is shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking and delivery support

Every order includes tracking. We email your tracking number when your order ships. If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you cannot find it, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
