Orders & Tracking
How do I track my order?
Every order includes tracking. You’ll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also view your order status anytime in your account.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You’ll receive a tracking email the moment it ships.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping within the contiguous US takes 3–7 business days after processing. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take 7–14 business days.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel any order for free before it ships. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away at hello@unchemed.com with your order number — we can usually fix it before shipment.

How much is shipping?
All orders over $49 ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $49 have a flat $5.95 shipping fee.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. Sign up for our email list to be notified when we expand to Canada and beyond.
What if an item is out of stock?
If something is out of stock, we’ll notify you within 24 hours and give you the option to wait or receive a full refund.

How does the filter work?
Our filters are NSF/ANSI certified to remove 90%+ of free chlorine, for softer-feeling water on your skin and hair.
How often should I replace the filter?
For best results we recommend replacing your filter regularly — replacement filters are available in our shop. Your exact timing depends on your water and usage.
Will it reduce my water pressure?
No — the Unchemed showerhead is engineered to maintain strong, satisfying pressure while filtering your water.

What is your money-back guarantee?
We stand behind every order with our “Feel the Difference” guarantee: 60 days for the 2.0 Handheld and 90 days for the 5.0 Stationary. If you don’t notice a difference in your hair and skin, contact us for a full refund. See our Refund Policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

Why does the website price differ from social media?
Promotional pricing can vary by campaign and time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. If we lower a price within 14 days of your purchase, contact us and we’ll refund the difference.
