Handheld Filter Replacement
The cradle for the shower head does not fit properly. I have the shower head propped up in the shower caddy. I love the water pressure improvement and can feel less chemicals on my hair and skin., just wish it fit better. Thank you
Hi Melissa, thanks for sharing your feedback! We’re glad you’re enjoying the shower. Based on the picture you did not install the 15 stage filter as instructed in the manual. It goes first on the wall pipe, then the holder and the hose connect to it, the rest of the 5-stage shower kit. Please let us know if this helps clarify. It should be clear in the instructions manual.
Very pleased with my purchase. It more than doubled my water pressure and has already greatly improved my hair and skin. Neither no longer feel dry after showering. I did have a little issue installing it though. I am extremely mechanical and do a lot of home projects. The instructions left out the assembly of the hose and initially I installed it backwards and therefore it would not cradle in the holder. As happy as I was with the quality of the product and it's effectiveness, I was really annoyed that the handle didn't fit the holder! Once I figured it out, boy did I feel stupid! Anyway, just thought I'd mention this experience! I am recommending it to several of my friends that have the same issues I have. Gee, I should've had a VA. What a difference in the pressure and the water and just the feeling of it. It actually feels healthier and cleaner. All I know is I really like it. It's much better than what I had, and I've only had it for a week, but highly recommend it. In fact, I think I'm gonna buy another one

This was one of those purchases I kept putting off, and now I wish I had changed the shower sooner. My color-treated hair feels smoother after drying and seems less rough at the ends. It feels like a complete shower setup rather than a small filter added onto an old head. It does what I wanted without turning the installation into a plumbing project.

This is an excellent shower! I noticed the difference within minutes of using the new unchemed shower head. They are beautifully designed and offer what I was looking for. For a person with sensitive skin like me, I noticed no redness after my first shower. I also noticed no smell of chlorine or any funky smell like my old shower head would emitted. Thank for making a product for those of use that are affected by harsh chemicals in our daily water. This is a great solution! Excellent product.

You will feel the difference in your hair and body right after your first shower. Results just get better and you will wonder how you never knew such a problem fixer existed!
